WORKSHOPS

COMMUNICATION FOR CREATIVES

communication for creatives flyer.jpeg

Communication for Creatives is a 9 week programme that was developed and executed in partnership with Ori Consulting to support creatives in designing their online communication practice. We also believe that we must constantly plan for and evaluate how we present our work and our selves in this world. This becomes especially important as creatives who may want to earn income from what we create. While the aim of this programme is to support the development of a communication practice, we recognize that the journey is just as important as the destination and would tailor our journey to the needs of those in attendance.

FRESH START ARTS MENTORSHIP WITH WECHANGE, Jamaica

Freshstartmentorship 360Jamaica.png

As an entertainment focused agency, 360 ARTISTS has a vested interest in the development of Jamaica’s diverse and vibrant performing artists. It is our belief that a next generation of change agents are laying in wait for their chance to impact the world using art. These “change agents”, as we call them need access to safe spaces that will provide them with opportunities to produce work, and also to promote them to a wide audience. Music production, distribution and promotion is our starting point. In its pilot phase, 360 ARTISTS partnered with We-CHANGE to provide a music
production and promotion opportunity for one emerging artist currently involved in the Social and Economic Justice programme.
This emerging artist should already have at least 3 original songs – 1 of which would be selected to be professionally recorded. The recording process would be managed by a producer from the 360 ARTISTS network.
